2. Description of Service
KidsCanDo Hub is an educational flashcard learning platform that uses spaced repetition algorithms to help users learn and retain knowledge. The Service includes features such as flashcard decks, learning sessions, progress tracking, and streak systems.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- You may not use another person's account without their permission.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Upload or share content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights.

5. Subscription and Billing
KidsCanDo Hub offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, refunds are subject to our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KidsCanDo Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User-created content remains the property of the respective user, but you grant KidsCanDo Hub a license to use, display, and distribute such content within the Service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. KidsCanDo Hub does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidsCanDo Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
